The Academy Follow-Up Course (EDIS 589) is a 3 - hour graduate level course designed for K-3 teachers and special education teachers who have taken a Teacher Reading Academy through the University of Virginia. The course has two parts: 1) 100% attendance at a University of Virginia Teacher Reading Academy; 2) web-based class involving guided discussions and analyses of classroom instruction.
